The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavours & freshness of traditional Italian dishes We cook in a classic private apartment in central Florence to allow you to see a little of how a typical Italian family live, and to step out before &after class to see world-heritage sites such as the Duomo or take a bus ride up to the beautiful hill station of Fiesole. With two girls in the house we have always had kids around us and the easiest way to entertain them has been: cooking. Of course what they like most is to make pizza, pata dough,, gnocchi dough. Preparing the dough, kneading it is like playing with the play dough but much better because then we can eat the work done. Adults and kids can cook together very well and it may happen that kids are the best cooks. Every dough is loved: fresh pasta with eggs, gnocchi and biscotti, pizza, focaccia.
